Troubleshooting
Don't see the "Install" or "Add to Home Screen" option?
  • Make sure you're using a supported browser (Chrome on Android/Desktop, Safari on iOS)
  • The app may already be installed - check your home screen or app drawer
  • On iOS, you MUST use Safari browser (not Chrome or others)
  • Try refreshing the page (F5 or pull down to refresh)
  • Make sure you have internet connection
How to uninstall:
  • Android: Long press app icon > App info > Uninstall or Clear data
  • iOS: Long press app icon > Remove App > Delete App
  • Desktop: Chrome menu (⋮) > Apps > BRGY-CONNECT > Uninstall
